Sunset Cliffs on the shortest day of the year. The sun is setting, winter is here.

But you can’t really tell it’s winter because it was like eighty degrees today. Balmy. Like Spring. Killer. You get the idea.

Lovely!
In December, I always look forward to the Winter Solstice - because I know from that point on the days will be getting longer. Some of those old pagan feelings are too strong to ignore!
